My Wife and I purchased our first Benjamin Moore store in 1986. This store is located in Boynton Beach and has been in business selling Ben Moore paints since 1959. Since then, we've opened stores in Delray Beach and Lake Worth. The three stores are managed by our Sons Patrick and Dan and friend John who has been with us 21 years. Together, these managers have 42 years experience selling Ben Moore paints.
Since I first started in this business, I've had one position. Our customer is our partner. It's an absolute fact that if we help a customer succeed, we also succeed. We must always put the customer first, whether it's a "do it yourself" project or a professional painting job. Not only does that guarantee a good result for the customer, it's more fun for us and brings real satisfaction to what we do. We are not here just to sell. Solving problems, going the extra distance and always working to get it right are things we just naturally do.
I'm very proud of the fact we have customers that were trading with us in 1986 and still are. We've grown through word of mouth more than anything else. I haven't ever gotten tired of hearing customers say their neighbor or other aquaintance told them to come to our store because they were treated so well and loved the products. Benjamin Moore has always had superior products but we believe it's our top notch service and attitude combined with those products that make us special.
